This massive limestone façade needed to be cleaned and treated with an anti-fungal solution to extend the cleaning and help protect the stone. DIS won the bid and using the soaking method and power washers, cleaned the entire façade in short order. The work was time sensitive and needed to be completed during the short period between terms. Application of the biocide and hand cleaning of hard to reach areas were particular challenges which DIS cleaning crew overcame to complete the work.
