This historical terra cotta and brick clad building designed by Daniel Burnham is also known as the Insurance Exchange Building. DIS was tasked to complete repairs to the neglected brick and terra cotta penthouse walls. Sections of failing walls and parapets were rebuilt as directed. Corroded steel angles and cracked window heads were also replaced in this repair project.
