These twin towers on the Gold Coast were in need of significant masonry restoration. DIS was brought in to complete 100% shelf angle replacement at each floor at both towers. Extensive corner rebuilds and parapet wall restoration was also completed. The shelf angle replacement scope of work alone accounted for thousands of lineal feet of angles and brick replacement. Thanks to our in-house steel fabrication shop, skilled tradesmen, and supervisors the project was delivered on schedule and under budget over a three-year period.
